On the March 26th weekend my family gave me the best birthday present I could ever ask for. We went on a camping trip in Lake Livingston State Park and had a wonderful time! We cooked delicious food including asiago, sun dried tomato and basil omletes. Several of us enjoyed biking around the park. We played our new favorite board game, Quelf (stupid name - great game) for 2.5 hours!!!! We chatted around the campfire and made s'mores. I was in absolute heaven! Do not let the RV in the background fool you. Everyone in our party was a trooper and slept in the tent. It was a little chilly for some, but we made it out of Lake Livingston alive!

On April 3rd I am off to Norway for a couple of week. I am volunteering at a week long ski event for the blind and traveling around Oslo for another week. I am excited! This will be my first solo European travel trip and I can't wait!
